SENIOR DEFENSE
About me
I am currently a senior at El Cerrito High School located in El Cerrito, CA.

Being an only child of two immigrant parents, I was pushed to always try my best and venture out into the world in order to set a better life for my parents and I in the future. Being given so much to stress over at a young age and having an introverted personality made doing such things not so easy.

Things changed once I found my "calling" through photography. Going to photography classes with my father and getting my own camera were major stepping stones that allowed me to enjoy such an amazing form of art. Going to museums and reading placards explaining the thought process behind the artist's mind was also always something that intrigued me. It is inspiring.
